ELDERLY MEMORY: AN AFFECTIVE CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE PAST

This article aims to present the results of the reflections made about the lack of public policies that emphasize the importance of continuing education labor supply for the elderly public. For this, we seek to identify and analyze, by means of the Elderly Statute, Law no. 10741, 2003, the Organic of the Social Assistance Act (LOAS), Law no. 8742, 1993 and the National Policy for the Elderly, Law n. 8842, 4, 1994, the shortage of educational proposals, and in this particular case, we recommend entering as the reflective practice studies issues of life stories of the elderly, proposing a research paper and weighing about their own stories and intellectual formation in UNATI UNESP. As methodology, we present a survey of laws that support the elderly, as well as an informative survey of the elderly in society, where we understand the need that the elderly have to participate in an effective way the community. From there, we propose an educational work through life stories, which greatly strengthen the progress of the community and the inclusion of the elderly.
