Aplicação de metodologia ativa “painel de controle” no melhoramento do aprendizado da disciplina de enogastronomia: um relato de experiência

Active methodologies contribute to making learning more meaningful, making the student the protagonist of the knowledge construction process. The puporse of this article is to report on the teaching experience, when applying the active the methodology of “Control Panel”whit the programmatic contente of “Nationality of Wines, of the discipline of Enogastronomy, of the High Course of Technology of Gastronomy and how this methodology contibuted to producing more meaningful learning. It was possible to observe that the application of the active methodology Control Panel in the discipline of Enogastronomy when addressing the theme of “Nationality of Wines” made the student more proactive; stimulated the creativity of the students, contributing to the improvement of their didatics, mastery of the contente and interconnection beteween the various concepts studied in the discipline; improved student performance, as well as conytributing to the construction of the more meaningful individual and collective
