Abstract

This article presents results of the conclusion work of pedagogy course of the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences - FFC - Paulista State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP/Campus of Marília. This is the results of a study developed with the general objective of identifying and understanding elements of the teacher and teacher training process in two countries, in Brazil and South Korea, with some similar historical aspects and recent industrialization, however, which had specific outcomes in the educational field, especially in teacher education for teaching the level corresponding to Brazilian Basic Education. These are research results of historical and bibliographic approach, regarding the sources. As final results, some considerations were presented on.

    Associate professor – Department of Didactics – and permanent professor at the Postgraduate Program in Education, at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). Full Professor in Didactics (UNESP-2022), Post-doctorate in Education (Fundação Carlos Chagas-2010), Doctorate in Education (UNESP-2005), Master's in Education (UNESP-2000), Pedagogy with qualification in School Administration (UNESP- 1995) and Degree in Physical Education (UNIMAR-University of Marília-1988).     Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences (FFC) of the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (Unesp), Marília Campus - SP. She has a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy (1996), a Master's in Education (2001), a Doctorate in Education (2005) and a PhD in "Teaching in Early Childhood Education" from the same University (2022). Currently, she carries out teaching, research, extension and management activities with the FFC Didactics Department, developing actions in the Pedagogy course and in the Postgraduate Program in Education. Graduated in Pedagogy from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2013). He has experience in the area of Education, with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Above all, he has experience in the research field, with an emphasis on historical research.
