This research aims to analyze the impact of judicialization in the Pharmaceutical Assistance Policy (PAF) of Natal/RN. Descriptive, this research collected data through semi-structured interviews together with three servers of the Judicial Demand Center (NDJ) of the Municipal Health Secretariat. We analyzed the data through content analysis, as proposed by Bardin (2011). It was found that there was an impact of judicialization in the municipal public budget represented by the need to conduct specific bids to meet demand, which escapes when doing natural administrative, as this resource will be funded by some source not originally planned. However, in general terms, the largest demand for judicialization does not refer to the purchase of medicines.
