As atiois political and educational policies, we must understand the political, cultural, geographical and economic contexts that characterize the contemporary world context. Educational reforms implemented in several countries of the European and American world in the last twenty years, coincide with the recovery of world capitalist system, which promotes a restructuring process of global economy governed by neoliberal doutrina. These mudanças estão alinhadas com mudanças no mundo do trabalho that provokes demands for a formal education system as well as a criação de outras forms de educação. We return to non-text as constatações da realidade no world do trabalho atual além de analisar as policies of formação para o emprego that estão em curso nas contemporaneous societies.
