The present work aims to analyze the socioeconomic profile of students assisted by the Student Assistance Program at the Federal Institute of Pará on the Belém campus. Since the Student Assistance Program (PNAES) as a social schooling policy has since 2010 managed the formulation of teaching policies as institutions of federal technological network, in the face of learning performances: enrollment blocking, abandonment and evasion. Scholarship for students in the midst of surveys through surveys to the program of study from 2016 to 2018; and through management applied to managers who directly with the aid, in order to identify as contributions. It is characterized by exploratory and descriptive approaches, based on information from specification and qualitative aspects. The results presented as the main groups of families with few records in Cadúnico, are mostly from technical courses, come from neighborhoods in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. The main aid aids for transport aid, food aid and aid for pedagogical support. In this way, the socio-economic education of students is of great attention and opinion for the management of the IFPA.
