The present study aimed to show, through a Literature Review, the role of the psychopedagogue in relation to children with dyslexia and the different strategies so that it is possible to achieve adequate learning conditions. A bibliographic survey of the period from 2003 to 2019 was carried out in the Scielo, Medline and Educational Resources Information Center (ERIC) databases. The keywords “Dyslexia” and “Approaches” were used, and their English counterparts: “Dyslexia” and “Approach”. 778 articles were found. After reading the titles and abstracts, 20 articles were selected that addressed issues related to the objective of the present study. The results point to several intervention strategies competent to the psychopedagogue, such as psychodrama, the sandbox, the Cloze technique, linked to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools, namely, the Vectoelectronistagmography device, the use of the recorder, and the android app by shuffling figure. It is concluded that the psychopedagogue has a relevant role in the learning of children with dyslexia. Therefore, it is important to know the techniques of approaches to children, and the constant training and updating, given that new technological tools are being developed in order to assist psycho-pedagogical assistance.
