Abstract

The Institutional Program Initiation grant from the Teaching (PIBID) was created in 2007 by the Ministry of Education and implemented by CAPES/FNDE investments with the aim of enhancing the magisterium and approximate the students still in graduation with the school environment. The project was established at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ituverava (FFCL) in the year 2012, with the proposal of six sub-projects of undergraduate courses: Mathematics, pedagogy, Sciences, Literature, History, and the inclusion of interdisciplinary approach that is composed of students of Pedagogy and history. The objective of this work is to present a report on experience of teaching of Sciences conducted by stock market participants of the program by addressing widely the theme of training teachers and their direct relationship with the educational public policies in Brazil. In this way, this work theme, succinctly by programs established by the new Capes, program of consolidation of the Degrees (Prodocência), Institutional Program initiation scholarship of the Teaching (PIBID), Program of Education (Obeduc Observatory) and the National Plan for
the training of teachers of the Basic Education (Parfor), that offer initial and continuing training for teachers of the basic education. The aim is not to report experiences lived through these programs, but highlight the relevance that have for the training and qualification of teachers. Both the report and the approach to the theme took into consideration that the public policies for the training of teachers should achieve the interest
of universities, to which these promote partnerships with schools.
