Abstract

The national education plan eidea goes back to 1930 The Two men Manifest. It gives us a diagnosis of public brazilian education of that time and culminates with the need of forming a National Reconstruction Plan. Starting this period, several attempts to identify elaborate and implemantion of the two National Education plans. The objective of this article is to analyze the New National Education Plan - PNE (2014-2014), seeking to identify its possible advances, limits and as well as its prospects. A methodology used are bibliographic and documentary investigation. For such, began to historical retrospective of national education two plans, boarded in sequency to National Education Plan - PNE 2001-2011, followed by its limits, emphasizing a democratic management as it is prescribed on law 13.005 / 2014, within others aspects. Next topic discussed are the increase of some aspects of economy, such as percentage of Gross Domestic Product - GDP in education, , or continuous monitoring to give as targets and periodic evaluation an execution of the National Education Plan - PNE. Finalized identifying prospects in some force as of creation of National System Education do, to do student cost and initial quality - CAQI and the creation of Educational Responsibility Law.
