20 years of the Unesp-Marília Postgraduate Program: racism, resistance and reflections on the field of Social Sciences

Abstract

It is with great pleasure that we continue our work and present to the reader another publication from Revista Aurora. In this special volume, we reproduce some works presented at two important events that took place at the Universidade Estadual Paulista in 2019: the III Student Seminar of the Postgraduate Program in Social Sciences at UNESP/Marília – 20 years of the postgraduate program in social sciences – uncertain future and the importance of social sciences, held between November 11th and 13th, 2019; and the IV Student Seminar of the Postgraduate Program in Social Sciences at UNESP/Marília – racism and resistance in capitalism, held between the 10th and 13th of November 2020.
