Social Being, Time Available, WorkAbstract
This research makes a subject of theoretical analysis and available work time. For understanding of the social and its development from earlier forms, its connection with these, its reasoning on them and the distinction in relation to them, it is essential to analyze the work. The work deep social being and it finds its root, is a purposive, conscious and free activity, mediating necessary and eternal material intercourse with nature, by which man produces goods, use value that meet human needs, regardless so nature and their origin. With the industrialization process, it is not just the combination and the collective spirit of the work that are transferred to the machine in large industry, but that the actual worker's productive capacity is now replaced by the machine, pass this only possible by the application of science to production, science this part of social activity that is not productive work. Wealth will be created by failing to live work and becomes created by dead labor. In motion that capitalism engenders its dissolution, thanks to incrementing the production process because of the science produced in non-working time, working time ceases to be the measure of wealth that becomes available time that in addition produce science also produces art, socialibilidade, sports, leisure. It was concluded that the scientific organization of work does not extend the employee's available time, although there is the reduction of necessary labor time, there is expansion of surplus labor and also this does not turn off when it is out of time and workspace. The theoretical and methodological orientation of these notes understood the dialectical historical materialism, establishing a connection to the theoretical knowledge and objective historical reality.
