The reification of social relations in Marx appears from the development of the contradiction inherent in the commodity, namely that of being a particular use-value and value, contradiction that only rises to a higher form with the development of money in its fullness. The fetishism is thus directly related to the development of the value form and follows your movement. We follow this process in books I and III of Capital, possibly using some passages of the Grundrisse, from the forms goods and money where their fetishisms appear. As they develop the more abstract forms of value with the interest-bearing capital, reification also assumes a higher form following to the maximum dissociation of the production process effectively with fictitious capital where capital becomes autonomous of himself as value able to reproduce itself.
