Abstract

The article that appears has two purposes: first, to denounce the criminalization of social movements is not limited to land issue alone, but if he does, too, by other public policies, particularly education policy, an extensive process that goes from closing schools, the ideological control of projects and partnerships to precarious the provision of education at all levels and mo- dalities. Second, bring a critical reflection on Rural Education and its relationship with social movements. It is worth noting that this work is based on the theoretical and methodological ground deems it necessary to counter movements / concepts / theoretical trends which tend to break all social analysis millimeter “cut” of reality, losing sight of the centrality of work , and the history of class struggle for the unveiling of the contradictions that operate within the capitalist society and that can move the “wheel of history” in another sense.
