THE POSSIBILITIES OF GOOGLE FOR EDUCATION AS ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

The article has as theme the assistive technology for educators and Google For Education applications. Its purpose is to check the possibilities of Google For Education as assistive technology for teachers with disabilities in higher education. It is a qualitative bibliographical research that brings together articles, books and dissertations on the subject with a content-focused analysis. The results point to the importance of assistive technologies, especially Google For Education, for the effectiveness of the inclusion of university educators with disabilities. We observed that these tools speed up and facilitate everyday activities, in addition to enabling a better interaction between the teacher and his students. It is concluded from the studies that Google for Education is an assistive technology that provides several options of interactions that broaden the performance of the university educator with disabilities in the academic society and promotes educational and labor inclusion.
