The development of pedagogic methods has been essential in the teaching-learning process of disabled people. However, is still difficult to identify, to evaluate and to socialize the acceptance degree, the impact and the possibilities of those methodologies. Technologic prospecting is a tool used to trace the existing technologies aiming to contribute to the strategic planning in many areas. In this context, this work aimed to perform a technological analyze of didactic materials used on teaching-learning process of disabled people. The patent research was conducted in the “Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI)” and Espacenet, a European database. Scopus was elaborated from the selection of four keywords and an International classification code of patent. From the 275 analyzed patents, only 71 was part of the research object. The annual evolution in patents deposition sharply increased from 2004, and Brazil was the country with the higher number in patent deposition. The Foundation Blumenau Regional University stood out in the development of pedagogic accessibility product and the Brazilian inventors were the first protagonists. Among the evaluated deficiencies, more than 70% of the found product were related to visual impairment. The computational resources were in evidence in relation to the type o pedagogic innovation to disabled people. The technological prospecting study can contribute to the progress in the teaching-learning process of the disabled person.
