Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the articles published in the Special Education magazine, by the time between 2010 to 2015 were considered for analysis only articles with Intellectual Disabilities and its educational process focused. In this study we used the nature of research quanti quali, with emphasis on the research of the educational research. The theoretical framework provides a brief historical background of the disabled person and also the Brazilian Magazine of Special Education. The results indicate that the concentration of the analyzed publications are in the state of Paraná, and the continuing education of teachers and school inclusion of students with disabilities in the regular school system, mentioned in almost all of the researches, as well as all of those have their character qualitative nature, with only one also quantitative. Its interviews have the predominance of the semistructured profile and its authors are from different areas, which results in a confirmation of the today’s interdisciplinary collective production trend.
