Singer's work discusses the course to government of Dilma and its twist to Lullism. Through the president's trajectory and her fall through impeachment, the author defends his main thesis about the national electoral system. With such singularities, the periods of 1945-1964 and 1989-2014 present an electoral formation based on a leftist party, one on the right and the other on the center, which through political flexibility defends their interests and can even undermine the democratic regime.
