SOCIAL JUSTICE AS EQUAL ACCESS: TOWARDS AN ANTI-CAPACITIST

The present text is a theoretical essay created through a literary review, which aims to link the production of a fair society as directly related to the constitution of equal interactions between the most diverse subjects in the most varied spaces. This demand has as organizational assumption the embodiment of a radical critique of structural capacitism, which, through a process of naturalization of asymmetrical relationships, depersonalizes and deprives the experience of disability as of lesser value, a fact that ends up narrowing the development possibilities of subjects who live this experience. Undeniably, part of this marginalization is due to the exclusion of people with disabilities from political/public arenas, and it is precisely on this content that this article will develop its theses and antitheses, taking as a central assumption the idea that social justice and access will be achieved altering both the physical form of the world and the way in which it is sensed and perceived.
