Notes on the rural settlements in agrarian reform and its role in the qualification, training and education of seated

Abstract

The objective of this text is to point a different possibility of analysis of the Agrarian Question and Agrarian Reform in Brazil, with no claim to deconstruct, combat or annul the various other analyses already carried out, but only with the aim of contributing to a greater understanding of these issues, from a specific theoretical framework, Lenin, which allows us to understand the agrarian reform, bourgeois character, taking place and if consolidates in the midst of the Bourgeois Revolution. Also we propose here to present some initial notes on the rural settlements as part of denial of the character and the type of agrarian reform carried out in the country and, at the same time, as this phenomenon in new structure constitutes, or may constitute, in spaces of political formation, technical qualification and education that contributes in the potentiation of the struggles for an agrarian reform with another character and of other type, who will be performing and consolidating in the midst of the Socialist Revolution.
