Abstract
Abstract: This article presents a reflection on the gender violence raised by Hate Speech, based on the thoughts of Judith Butler, as well as the concepts of gender and performativity. After initially presenting these concepts, the text focuses on explaining some of the different forms of gender violence, such as: sexual harassment; domestic; policy; moral harassment; homophobia; transphobia and femicide. Next, and as a result of the issues raised, the text continues reflecting on the possibilities of resistance and combating such violence.
