The teaching of students and teacher education training at techinical schools - some discussions

Abstract

Technical schools are generally - and erroneously - taxed as descendants of capitalist society, since in the past centuries the workers were semi-specialized for this type of teaching, of an elementary technical dimension, and were quickly replaced in the labor market by the shallow knowledge, but we perceive nowadays, this is not the mission of the technical schools, especially those of the Centro Paula Souza, which are my object of study and research. From what concerns us, we need to look at the past and through it analyze the failings, also observe their contributions, align them and build a contemporary assertiveness, so that questions about education are discussed, such as teacher training, social integration of the educating, as well as their autonomy, ethics, citizenship, which can result in an omnilateral knowledge.
