The text expresses a critique of neoliberal political economy and some of its consequences in the Brazilian historical process, especially its current unfoldings in the political and geopolitical plan as a result of the moment of rupture of the North American political order. It addresses the necessary reindustrialization to be promoted by the new lowered democratic order. It points out the fragility of the political economy of the democratic bloc and the rise of the radical anti-democratic revolution of the ultra-right.
