The text promotes a critique of neoliberal political economy, especially its warlike and counterrevolutionary dimension, radically anti-communist, taking its dimensions in the process of the Bolivarian revolution in Venezuela. To this end, it develops the foundations of the political economy of communist transition, capable of eliminating the revolutionary impasse of the societies of misery capitalism and thus paving the way for social transition and workers' emancipation.
