The aim of this essay is to present some notes for an analysis of the work contributions of the intellectual C.L.R James to the understanding of the fight against racism and against capitalism from the category black internationalism, as proposed by the author in the book A History of Pan -African Revolt. Therefore, it seeks to connect the fight against racism in Brazil in relation to the fight and theoretical production against racism in other locations.
