This article aims to understand how the relationship between the doctrine of the Pentecostal and Neopentecostal evangelical churches and the conceptions of the current political and social context is established, through a perspective that relates the evangelical religion with the rise of the extreme right in Brazil, and consequently, the electoral victory of the Bolsonaro government. From this, the article aims to discuss and understand the current historical moment and the phenomena that manifest the production and reproduction of the reality of social structures, thus showing the interests that move the concrete relations between men, and between men and the world they inhabit.
