The second interview that the magazine Fim do Mundo is pleased to bring to its readers is with CCEEMC, an organ linked to the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. The central intellectual figure of CCEEMC and its director is the philosopher Aleksandr Buzgalin, professor in the Department of Political Economy and editor in chief of Political Economy Issues (Russian bilingual academic magazine); he is also vice president of the World Association for Political Economy (WAPE).
