Abstract

A useful and stimulating account of the origins, birth and early years of an organization whose history is closely linked to Gramsci's growing worldwide expansion, in the years when his theoretical legacy "has began to go beyond the circle of communist intellectuals and militants in some countries, especially in Europe".
