Sistema diversificado de casamento no planalto tibetano: declínio, renascimento e variação na perspectiva da antropologia jurídica

Este artigo explora a dinâmica social e cultural refletida pelo declínio, renascimento e variação do sistema diversificado de casamento, considerando o contexto de mudanças no ambiente social, jurídico e na estrutura social do planalto Qinghai Tibet, com a poligamia como um exemplo típico. A investigação centra-se no papel das mulheres e antecipa o futuro desenvolvimento da poligamia no planalto Qinghai Tibet. A investigação e aplicação deste artigo são uma reinterpretação de estudos anteriores sobre o poder de gênero e a posição das mulheres. De um ponto de vista intercultural, a prevalência e persistência da poliandria refuta a interpretação mecânica do papel subserviente universal das mulheres. A ênfase nos papéis e na posição das mulheres nas famílias de poliandria procura confirmar as complexidades do poder de gênero e da posição das mulheres na sociedade. Tanto a invenção de conceitos teóricos quanto a exploração de caminhos de pesquisa têm como objetivo avançar na investigação de desafios semelhantes. O foco e a exploração do grupo feminino na poliandria neste artigo complementaram estudos anteriores sobre a situação das mulheres e identificaram dificuldades que precisam ser abordadas.
