  • Sergio Bacchi, IBEC

    Electronic engineer specialized in computer construction, he did postgraduate studies in Cuba and Bulgaria in the programming language area, worked in Chile de Allende, in Mozambique in the 1980s and managed the development of an industrial control operating system in Brazil.
