Abstract

Deleuze seeks for his own concept of multiplicity through the issue of multiplicity both in Riemann's physical theory and in Bergson's philosophy. This attempt states for Deleuze's peculiar creation of concepts. In fact, he draws out from riemannian and bergsonian concepts of multiplicity new features for the notions of space and time. Hence, he is able to supply his own concept with an ontological spread.
