Crisis de los cuidados y crisis de la democracia

Este artículo discute el significado político de la crisis de los cuidados en su relación con la crisis de la democracia. Desde las éticas del cuidado y la teoría crítica se caracteriza, en primer lugar, a los cuidados como un tipo específico de práctica social y política. En segundo lugar, se examinan los problemas éticos y políticos derivados de una organización social de los cuidados según principios de mercado. Se concluye abordando la pregunta por una solución democrática a la actual crisis de los cuidados.
