Abstract

The article offers an overview, more or less conscious, on uses of Gramsci's categories in the German cultural, political and scientific world. A review in which, after retracing the process of translation and publication of Gramsci's works in German, the author pays particular attention to the depths dedicated to the Sardinian intellectual in the scientific fields that seem most relevant and significant, namely political and social sciences, pedagogy, cultural and post-colonial studies.
