Abstract

the text, inspired in literature, tries to systematize the teachers' socialization problcmatic. - a lifelong process that is materializcd in formal and informal specialized formation of teachers (with their potcntialities), the informal oncs are charactcrized in the anticipating socialization and in the permanent formation (this one wider and going bcyond the profcssional formation). From this verification, professional life cycles that have obvious implications on thc bci.ng, and acting of thc teacher emerge - praxiological and axiological dimension.
