Resumo

Introdução: A qualidade de vida (QV) e qualidade de vida no trabalho (QVT) são preocupações crescentes em vários setores da atividade humana, e o mundo acadêmico percebeu isso. A comunidade acadêmica tem demonstrado interesse constante em estudar este aspecto, e esse tema tem sido o foco de várias pesquisas. É fundamental entender como os professores percebem sua QV e QVT e determinar se eles têm sido o foco dessas pesquisas.

Objetivo: Este protocolo de revisão sistemática descrever o método para avaliar as percepções dos professores sobre sua QV e QVT durante a pandemia da COVID-19 e após o retorno às atividades presenciais, objetivando buscar e comparar as percepções desse público específico antes, durante e após a pandemia.

Método: A busca será realizada em seis bases de dados: CINAHL, Embase, LILACS, PubMed, Scopus e Web of Science. Serão incluídos artigos originais publicados em qualquer idioma a partir de dezembro de 2019. Dois revisores independentes selecionarão os artigos; um terceiro revisor sênior resolverá as divergências. A avaliação da qualidade metodológica será realizada usando a escala Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations (GRADE), enquanto o risco de viés será avaliado usando a escala Downs & Black e a lista de verificação do Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP). A revisão sistemática seguirá as diretrizes descritas no Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). O protocolo foi registrado no International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO) referência nº CRD42022365861.

Conclusão: As informações coletadas poderão ser usadas para desenvolver e apoiar políticas públicas.
