Resumen

This article searchs to establish a relation between the formation of professors and the improvement of the leaming, due to the realizing that along the Educalion for Ali decade there hadn't been a significant improvement on the conditions of leaming for children, youngsters and adults and the goals established in 1990 weren't reached. Although the motto of the 90's was lo improve the learning, good part of the measures adopted in the last decades on the processes of educative transformation were unaware of, subestimated or supported only in a rhetoric way the role of the professors. The acomplishment of this purpose, if it intends to be excellent, can not exclude the professors and ignore their formation, being aware that it's not possible to improve the learning of the pupils without improving the leaming of their professors.
