The aim of the research is to map and analyze the scientific production concerning Copyright and Artificial Intelligence, aiming to comprehend how research in this field is evolving across different regions of the world. This research is designed as descriptive-exploratory with a quantitative approach. The employed method was the Knowledge Development Process-constructivist. Using a systematic approach, 40 articles published between 2017 and 2022 were examined, collected from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The data were analyzed in the context of bibliometric laws. The findings suggest an increasing trend in publications on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence in recent years, indicating an upward curve in scientific production. The most addressed themes, significant authors, and notable institutions in this context were identified. Furthermore, the distribution of authors concerning their productivity, relevance, and impact was detailed. This bibliometric analysis contributes to understanding the intersection between Copyright and Artificial Intelligence, providing a detailed view of scientific production dynamics and identifying trends for future research in this field.
