The text offers a comprehensive analysis of Henri Bergson's philosophy and its relevance in different areas of knowledge. The distinction between time and space and the importance of duration are highlighted as fundamental concepts for understanding reality as a continuous and spontaneous process. The three ways of relating to time: the humanistic view, the transhumanistic view, and the post-humanistic perspective are presented in the discussion of Artificial Intelligence. The influence of Bergson on Gilles Deleuze's thinking is emphasized, emphasizing the importance of intuition and time in understanding reality. Libraries are presented as time machines, where technological advancements are leveraged to improve services, while also providing digital escape spaces to balance the impact of the digital world on people's lives. The relationship between Bergson and Proust is discussed, highlighting their distinct views on memory and the relationship between time and space. The importance of immaterial signs in art is also mentioned, emphasizing their ability to dematerialize means and create a unique world of meanings. It is concluded that the ongoing relevance of Bergson's philosophy in contemporary debates spans fields such as artificial intelligence, librarianship, and art. Understanding duration, intuition, and time is highlighted as fundamental to a deeper understanding of reality.
