Abstract

This study aimed at developing the career of a woman with physical disabilities practicing conventional volleyball and sitting volleyball. It is worth emphasizing that physics for the possibilities of physical, motor, psychological and social weight loss, such as improving motor skills, reducing risks for cardiovascular diseases, improving self-esteem and self-image, stimulating socialization, working in team and cooperation With this, the study aims to determine the level of progress at the elite level, showing what are the influences of physical activities on the athlete's life.
