UM ESTUDO SOBRE A POSIÇÃO ORIGINAL E OS DOIS PRINCÍPIOS DE JUSTIÇA EM JOHN RAWLS

Resumo

O presente trabalho pretende analisar e interpretar dois importantes conceitos das obras A Theory of Justice (1999) e Political liberalism (1993) de John Rawls, a saber, a posição original e os dois princípios de Justiça (Liberdade e Igualdade). Em um primeiro momento, será feita a explanação da teoria de Rawls com o intuito de apresentar as bases fundamentais que possibilitaram garantir as condições adequadas para intuir acerca da estrutura básica da sociedade. Posteriormente, será analisada a posição original e todos os seus elementos constitutivos. Em seguida, serão expostos os dois princípios da justiça com a avaliação dos tipos de justiça procedimentais possíveis na teoria de Rawls. Por fim, argumentar-se-á acerca do espectro social dessa teoria.
