Abstract

The present article has as proposal conternplates about the professional's of the Basic Education formation. Considering that this is a complex problem, we proposed the analysis starting from severa] points of views. Of the specialists' point of view and school administrators, the problem can be analyzed starting from the perspective that the organizational process of the school should be reviewed in the scnsc of opening more appropriate spaccs for initial formation and formation in service making possible to the future or in forrnation, to reorganize their professional conditions to the new social needs. Of the rulers' point of view, it is treated of a problem of administration of the public net of teaching that needs to be adapted to the demand, in other words, rationalized in agrcement wiU1 the number of students to be assisted, the cost per captures and the budget readiness of the agent backer (in the case in analysis, the city halls).Of thc point of vicw of the syndical organizations and of the teachers, the subjcct refers to the work conditions as wages; career plans, training spaces in lhe own workday, warranty of public contests, didactic-pedagogic autonomy, etc. As wc can see, the subjcct is really cornplex and it demands that there is an articulation being considered thc initial formation, the continuous formation in service and the access forms to the profession.
