Paths of European Union's construction: Does everything that is born, dies?

Abstract

After more than sixty years ago, the signature of the Treaty of Rome, that gave born to the European Economic Community, the European bloc is still suffering a big crises. This is not merely an economic crisis. We seek to expose a comprehension regarding the different features of the integration process, which culminate in the current crisis, and we aim to indicate methodological analytical aspects concerns the paths of the European Union. This article goes through the idea that exist a divergence between capital and work in the integration process, in which, despite the conciliatory discourse, persists an integrative pattern where the dichotomy between capital and work appears also as a crisis between economics and politics.
