Abstract

n recent years there have been various processes of psychiatric reform in the region and Uruguay, which at some point make contact with the Latin American theories of social and solidarity economy (SSE). It is in this framework that SSE initiatives are produced, made up of users of mental health services and homeless people, with various forms of emergence and institutional articulations. Is in that sense, that we are interested in proposing a perspective that we understand is key when thinking about the processes of social inclusion of these people: collective management from the sustainability of life.
