Abstract

This article aims to conceptually address the continuities and ruptures proposed by the teachers who carry out the workshop Cooperation and cooperativism in education, a proposal for training in cooperation and cooperativism, specifically aimed at educators from different educational levels (initial, primary, secondary, technical education, teacher training, social education), which arises from an agreement between the Area of Cooperative Studies and Solidarity Economy of the University of the Republic with the National Institute of Cooperativism (INACOOP). Based on the objectives of the training proposal and its theoretical framework, we propose to address the reflections brought by teachers through their experiences in the framework of their pedagogical projects, and at the same time, analyzing what happens to us authors and teachers who propose the development of those processes that also challenge our practices.
