This paper reflects on and thinks along with Ann Cahill’s, Alice MacLachlan’s, and Jordan Pascoe’s engagements with my Sex, Love, and Gender: A Kantian Theory (OUP, 2020). The topics engaged range from abortion, authorizing consent, family, human nature, sexual, gender and philosophical identities to the infamous letter exchange between Kant and Maria von Herbert and complexities regarding various kinds of oppression.
