Kuhn is universally regarded as one of the most prominent champions of the historical philosophy of science. A standard reading of the classical Structure of Scientific Revolutions makes clear that allegiance to the ‘historicist’ approach. The same reading, for the same reasons, might regard Kuhn, as much as Quine, as a strict naturalist. In the present paper I challenge such a reading and attempt to show some of nuances and complexities that surround a presumed ‘Kuhnian naturalism’.Downloads
